INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Singh was southbound on US95 at milepost 515 when he lost control of the semi-tractor and trailer. The semi-tractor slide sideways into northbound lane hitting Watson head on. Singh refused medical on scene. Watson was transported to Boundary Community Hospital then transferred to Sacred Heart in Spokane. Investigation continuing.
