INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Chaney was NB on US95 near milepost 469 when for a reason yet undetermined she crossed the center line and side swiped a SB semi and trailer being driven by Craft. The roadway was blocked intermittently for 6 hours. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. This crash is still under investigation.
