INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Bowen was SB US95 making a left hand turn at MP 327 Juliaetta road, failing to yield to northbound traffic. Bowen struck Malley in the northbound lane causing the Malley vehicle to roll. Malley is being treated at Gritman for minor injuries. Investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
