INCIDENT NARRATIVE: McConnell was driving north bound US95 near Leon Road when for unknown reasons he lost control of the vehicle and drove through the median causing the vehicle to rollover ending up in the south bound lane. He was not wearing a seatbelt and therefore was ejected from the vehicle. Alcohol is a factor.
