INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Lanpher was driving NB on US 95 at Milepost 304 when she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle crossed the SB lane and hit the hill across the road. Road was dry. Alcohol is suspected as a contributing factor. Investigation continues.
