INCIDENT INFORMATION: Hall was traveling southbound and Ramos was traveling northbound. Hall swerved into the southbound lane and Ramos steered into the southbound lane to avoid a head on collision. Hall overcorrected and slid sideways in the southbound lane. Ramos hit Halls vehicle in the drivers side door.
