Injury Crash Near Gooding
GOODING, Idaho – Idaho State Police is investigating a crash that occurred at 7:02 pm, on January 30, 2025, at the intersection of State Highway 46 and 2300 South, in Gooding County.
A 2004 Ford F-150 pickup, driven by a 50-year-old male, from Pasco, WA, failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of State Highway 46 and 2300 South. A Freightliner semi-truck with two tanker trailers, driven by a 40-year-old male, from Twin Falls, ID, struck the Ford F-150 pickup.
The driver of the Ford pickup was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported by air ambulance to a local hospital. The driver of the semi-truck was wearing a seatbelt.
The intersection was blocked for approximately four and a half hours while emergency crews worked to clear the intersection.
The crash remains under investigation by Idaho State Police.
