Injury Crash Occured Northbound State Highway 41 near Twin Lakes

On 09/17/2025, The Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle collision which had occurred at approximately 1446 hours on State Highway 41 at Nursery Lane in Kootenai County. A 2005 Toyota Corolla driven by a 56-year-old female from Blanchard was driving northbound when it crossed left of center and struck a southbound 2010 Dodge Pickup driven by a 45-year-old male from Priest River. The driver of the Corolla was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. The Idaho Transportation Department assisted with traffic control and the roadway was reopened at 1630 hours. Any witnesses of the incident are asked to contact Sergeant Justin Scotch at (208) 209-8640. Impairment is being investigated as a contributing factor. The investigation is ongoing.
