INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Shelton was northbound on old US95 traveling at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle spun around on the roadway, going into the ditch and then back on the roadway. Meyer-Gray was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. Shelton and Akin were wearing their seatbelts. All three were transported to Gritman Medical Center. The roadway was blocked for approximately 2.5 hours.
