Injury Crash on US30, near Twin Falls.
TWIN FALLS COUNTY, ID. Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash on August 26, 2026, at 5:32 a.m., which occurred on US Highway 30 at mile marker 213.5, west of Twin Falls.
A 42-year-old male, from Filer, was walking across the roadway on US30. A 44-year-old male, from Twin Falls, driving a 1993 Chevrolet pickup, was traveling eastbound on US30. The pickup struck the pedestrian in the roadway.
The driver of the pickup was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The pedestrian was transported by air ambulance to a local hospital. The lanes were blocked for the investigation of the crash for approximately 2.5 hours.
Idaho State Police was assisted by Twin Falls County Sherriff’s Office, Filer Police Department and Magic Valley Paramedics.
The crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
