INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Larsen was traveling southbound on State Highway 3 near mile post 94.5 when he failed to negotiate a curve, lost control and went over the northern embankment. All three occupants were wearing seatbelts and were transported to Benewah General Hospital for treatment.
