INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

On August 27, 2013 a semi truck and trailer hauling cedar fence posts was negotiating a curve southbound on US 95, near milepost 213, when the load on the trailer shifted causing the truck to overturn. The truck came to rest on its side losing its entire load. The driver of the semi was not injured. A passenger in the semi was transported to St. Joseph?s hospital in Lewiston for her injuries. One lane was blocked for 3 hours. The US Forest Service and the Idaho County Sheriff?s office assisted with the investigation. The crash is still under investigation by the Idaho State Police
