INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Etzwiler was traveling Southbound US95 at MP 317.7 when she left the roadway. Etzwilers vehicle crossed the median rolling several times before landing on its top on the Northbound shoulder. The right Northbound lane was blocked for approximately two hours. Investigation is ongoing.
