On February 26, 2020 at approximately 10:45 am, an injury crash occurred, eastbound State highway 8 at milepost 35.5, Bovill, Idaho. A loaded logging truck, driven by Miles W Souders, 64, Kendrick, Idaho, was travelling westbound when he failed to maintain his lane and crossed the highway striking the embankment on the south shoulder of the road. Souders was transported to St Josephs Medical Center in Lewiston. The investigation continues by the Idaho State Police.
