INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Pointon was traveling Northbound on State Highway 99 at milepost 1 when he drifted off the East edge of the roadway striking the embankment. The Toyota came to rest on the East edge of the highway blocking the Northbound lane. Pointon and a two year old child were transported to Gritman Medical Center by Juliaetta Ambulance. The Latah County Sheriff's Office assisted. The crash remains under investigation.
