On Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at approximately 7:27 a.m., the Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash on Karcher Road at the intersection of Farmway Road, south of Caldwell. Carlos Nunez, 39, of Homedale, was traveling eastbound on Karcher road in a 2005 GMC Sierra pickup. Nunez failed to stop for a red light and struck a 2006 Subaru, driven by Jennifer Tuttle, 50, of Nampa. Tuttle was taken by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
