Idaho State Police is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred at 1:08 PM on Saturday, December 10,2022, at Little Freezeout Road near W. Alta Vista Street, in Gem County.
A 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan was traveling northbound on Little Freezeout road when it crossed over into the southbound lane and hit a 2000 Jeep Cherokee head-on.
The Dodge Grand Caravan was driven by a 51-year-old male from Middleton. He was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.
The Jeep Cherokee was occupied by three juveniles. All but one was transported to a local hospital by ground ambulance.
The south bound lane of travel was closed for approximately 3 hours.
This crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
