Injury Crash South of Wendell

Idaho State Police is investigating a vehicle crash that occurred Sunday April 7, 2024, at 7:37 p.m., on E 3400 S near S 1800 E, in Gooding County.

A juvenile was riding a 2008 Yamaha dirt bike eastbound on E 3400 S when the rider lost control of the bike.

The rider was transported via air ambulance to a local hospital. The rider was wearing a helmet.

The intersection was blocked for approximately three hours to allow emergency responders to assist those involved and clear the scene.

Idaho State Police was assisted by the Twin Falls and Gooding County Sheriff’s offices, Gooding County Fire & EMS, and Air St. Luke’s.

This crash remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
