INCIDENT NARRATIVE: George was driving southbound on SH41 at milepost 4.1. He lost control of the vehicle and went off the road. The vehicle rolled ending up on its top facing eastbound blocking both lanes of SH41. SH41 was completely blocked for approximately 50 minutes.
