INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Beyer was westbound on Texas Ridge road, going into a curve on the wrong side of the road left of center. The school bus was traveling eastbound entering the same curve. Beyer's vehicle hit the school bus head on in the curve. The road is a gravel road and was snow and ice covered.
