INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Mercer was driving eastbound on US12 near milepost 33. He was towing a trailer. He lost control of his vehicle and went into the south side ditch. He attempted to correct but jack knifed his pickup and trailer. US12 was partially blocked for approximately 2 hours.
