INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Umphenour was eastbound on US12 at milepost 36.9 when he crossed left of the double solid yellow lines. He continued across the westbound lane, drove off the left shoulder and struck a pump house. Both Umphenour and his passenger were transported to Clearwater Valley Hospital and then taken by Life Flight to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Lewiston. Neither subject was wearing a seatbelt.
