On July 8th at 2:14pm an injury crash occurred on US12 at 134.5, east of Kamiah. A 2017 International box truck driven by Quinn C Pander, 61, of Nampa was travelling westbound and left the road on the right shoulder. The driver overcorrected, striking the guardrail and leaving the road over the left shoulder. The vehicle traveled down an embankment, coming to rest on its driver side next to the river. Pander was transported to Syringa Hospital, and was wearing his seatbelt.
