INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Cantrell was east bound US12@40.3. Lawrence was west bound when she attempted to turn into a parking lot and unsafely cut off Cantrell. Cantrell's vehicle impacted the passenger side of Lawrence's vehicle. Both drivers were transported. Road conditions were clear and dry.
