INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Podrabsky was traveling Southbound on US95 at mile post 314 when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the right shoulder before crossing the highway and striking the jersey barrier. He continued backwards down the highway and then crossed back into the Southbound lanes striking the guardrail. He then came to a stop. He was wearing his seatbelt and airbags were deployed. Podrabsky was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital. Speed and inattention are contributing factors.
