INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Parsons was traveling northbound on US95 when McCart (traveling westbound on Orchard) failed to yield at a stop sign. McCart�s vehicle struck the rear of Parson�s vehicle, causing it to overturn in the median. All occupants of both vehicles were transported to KMC at the time.
