INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Nevarez was westbound on Boekel stopped at the stop sign at US95, when he entered US95 into the northbound lane in front of Jones, causing Jones to strike the side of his vehicle. Nevarez was transported to Kootenai Medical Center and was cited for failing to yeild. The roadway was reduce to one lane for approximately 2 hours.
