INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Woolverton was northbound on US95 when he drove off the pavement and back on, proceeding to enter the southbound lanes of travel. Beyers, who was southbound on US95, was struck head-on by Woolverton. Woolverton was transported to Gritman Medical Center by ambulance. Beyers was transported to Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene by Life Flight. All lanes were blocked for approximately 1.5 hours.
