INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Dixon was southbound on US95 at milepost 459.8 when he attempted to pass another vehicle. The roadway was ice covered and Dixon lost control, going into a broadside slide across the northbound lanes. The vehicle left the roadway, overturned onto it's roof and landed in the creek. All subjects were wearing seatbelts. Investigation continuing.
