INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Latimer was Northbound on US95 near Milepost 230.5 when he failed to see a vehicle in front of him braking. He overcorrected to the left causing his pickup to hit the hill side and overturn. The vehicle came to rest on its top on the SB shoulder.
