INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Twoteeth was northbound US95, near the Coeur d Alene Casino when Compton made a U-turn in front of Twoteeth. Twoteeths Chrysler struck Comptons Saturn. Twoteeth and her her passenger Dominique-White were not wearing seatbelts and were taken by ambulance to Kootenai Medical Center where they were treated for their injuries and released. Compton was cited for inattentive driving. Highway 95 was reduced to one lane of travel northbound for approximately 3 hours.
