INCIDENT NARRATIVE : Balka was north on US95 in excessive speeds when he came into contact with a guard rail, flipping the vehicle onto its top and ejecting him out of the vehicle. Balka was transported to Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, then relayed by Med Star to Sacred Heart. Alcohol is being investigated as a factor in the crash.
