INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Evans was traveling Southbound US95 when she lost control on black ice. The vehicle left the roadway on the Southbound shoulder, overturning and coming to rest on its passenger side at the creek bottom. Roadway was blocked for approximately 2 hours, investigation continuing.
