INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Stebbins entered US95 traveling SB from Ohio Match Road (West of US95) Jacobs was traveling SB and collided with Stebbins. 1 SB lane was blocked for approx 2 hrs. Both drivers were wearing seatbelt. Alcohol/drugs were not a factor and this crash is still under investigation.
