INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Flaming was Westbound near mile post 2 when for an unknown reason he drove from the right lane of travel across the left lane and into the median divider. Flaming collided with a traffic sign support and the bike overturned. It is unknown if he was wearing a helmet or if intoxicants were involved. Investigation continues.
