INCIDENT NARRATIVE: The GMC Suburban was westbound I90 near milepost 54 when it drove into the left lane, which was closed due to road work. It then impacted a stationary traffic control vehicle blocking the lane of travel. The Suburban rolled onto its top and came to rest on the right shoulder. The driver of the Suburban is unknown at this time. It was occupied by 3 people, Jerrod Baugh, Tristina Hennings, and Jessy Groth. Alcohol was a factor.
