INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Vedder was traveling Eastbound US12 when she failed to negotiate the curve at MP 37. The vehicle went off the roadway striking a tree and continued down the embankment. The vehicle came to a rest overturned near the river. The roadway was not blocked.
