INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Nichols was westbound on US2 at milepost 24 when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle left the north side of US2, struck the embankment and came to rest on it's top. Peterson was ejected at the scene and Walkup was transported by ground ambulance to Kootenai Health. Nichols was arrested and booked into the Bonner County Jail for aggravated DUI.
