Injury Crash West of Greenleaf

CANYON COUNTY, Idaho – Idaho State Police (ISP) is investigating a vehicle collision which occurred on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 4:21 A.M., on SH19 at Allendale Road, west of Greenleaf.

A 2008 Ford Escape was traveling north on Allendale Road.  A 2021 Kenworth semi-truck hauling a trailer was traveling west on SH19.  The two vehicles collided in the intersection.  After the impact, the Ford rolled and came to rest in a corn field with the Kenworth.

The driver of the Ford, a 25-year-old man from Caldwell, sustained critical injuries and was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.  He was wearing a seatbelt.  The driver of the Kenworth, a 51-year-old man from Caldwell, was wearing a seatbelt and was not transported.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
