INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Hibdon was traveling Northbound on 7th street in Potlatch and moved over to the right hand side of the road off the asphalt and onto the grass. He continued Northbound on 7th street until he lost control of the motorcycle just before Cedar street. The motorcycle came to rest at the Northeast corner of the intersection of Cedar and 7th street. Hibdon was not wearing a helmet and was transported by ambulance from the scene.
