Captain Kedrick R. Wills, Commander, Region 4, Idaho State Police, has been promoted to the rank of major and will be relocating to the Idaho State Police Headquarters in Meridian, to assume his new duties as the Police Services Division Commander. A promotion ceremony will be held for Captain Wills at 3 p.m. Friday, March 5, at the Region 4 training room.
