INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Waites was eastbound on Mill Road at the intersection of Lindsey Creek Road. He failed to negotiate a left hand curve, losing control of the vehicle and striking a water hydrant, causing partial flooding until the City of Lewiston Water Department could shut off the water. The vehicle tipped over and dumped a load of logs. The eastbound lanes of Mill Road were closed for approximately 3 hours.
