Motorcycle Crash in Idaho Falls Sends One Person to the Hospital

On July 18, 2012, at approximately 4:44 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a motorcycle crash in Idaho Falls, ID. Clarence R. Feller Jr., 58, of San Antonio, TX, was riding a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Feller was attempting to turn right off of the northbound Interstate 15 exit 119 off ramp, onto eastbound US Highway 20. Feller lost control of the motorcycle, drove over the raised cement divider, and struck the guardrail on the opposite side of road. After hitting the guardrail, Feller's motorcycle struck the back end of a camper trailer being towed by a 2006 Ford F250, driven by David Jackman, 48, of Blackfoot, ID.

Feller was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He was transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, ID.
