On March 7th, 2015, at 4:00pm, the Idaho State Police investigated a single motorcycle crash on Lower Bench Road, near the Gem and Payette County line. Susanne Mazzuckis, 64, of Yorba Linda, California, was westbound on Lower Bench Road on a 2004 Harley Davidson. Mazzuckis failed to maintain her lane, drove off the right shoulder and was thrown from the motorcycle. Mazzuckis was transported by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Mazzuckis was wearing a helmet. This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
