The Idaho State Police were on scene of a weather-related incident on 4th of July Pass beginning at approximately 3:00 PM, April 3rd. Heavy snowfall caused traffic in both directions of I-90 to be closed, with eastbound I-90 reopening at approximately 5:00 PM. Traffic on westbound I-90 was intermittently closed until 11:00 PM due to stuck vehicles, crashes, and snow removal efforts by the Idaho Transportation Department.
