A pinning ceremony for Captain Robert Storm, the new Commander of Region 4, Idaho State Police, will be held May 28, at 1 p.m., at the Idaho State Police Region 4 Office in Jerome. As region commander, Captain Storm is responsible for the ISP patrol, investigation, and support staff operations in the Region 4 area. He is a 23-year veteran of ISP, and has served the past 11 years as the Region 4 Patrol Lieutenant. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
