INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Batter was Westbound on I90 near milepost 18.5 when he lost control of his trailer. The unit then jack-knifed and hit the jersey barrier on the right shoulder. One lane of I90 was blocked for approximately 3 hours. Batter was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
