INCIDENT NARRATIVE:

Feusier was stopped WB SH53 waiting to turn SB onto Pleasantview. Kimball was WB on SH53 when he failed to stop for traffic. Kimball drove off the roadway to the north side to avoid a collision and side swiped Feusier's vehicle and then struck the embankment. Traffic was blocked for an extended period of time.
