On Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at approximately 12:16 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle, injury crash eastbound I86 at milepost 44, four miles east of American Falls.

Chloe Longoria, 18, of American Falls, was eastbound in a 1995 Volkswagen Jetta. The vehicle went off the left shoulder and into the median, where it rolled. Longoria was wearing a seatbelt. She was transported to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello by ground ambulance.

The crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
