Both lanes are now open.

On Friday, December 06, 2013, at approximately 7:51 pm, Idaho State Police investigated a one vehicle crash on Interstate 15 at mile post 89, south of Blackfoot. Justin Kindred, 26 of Idaho Falls, was traveling Northbound in a 2010 Ford F350 with a trailer. Kindred lost control of the vehicle; the trailer jack-knifed and overturned blocking both lanes of traffic for approximately 1 hour. One northbound lane of travel is now open.

This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
